Great location and very quiet neighborhood. The apartments are nice for the price and good for small families. Hot water stay hot and a/c stay cold. Management is great.
Wonderful place to rent. When I moved out of my apartment because of military obligations I didn't even think about my deposit that I paid when I started staying at Mona Lisa Apartments. Long story short, Mona Lisa tracked me down through the Army a few years later and still refunded me the deposit. Wonderful people, great place to rent from.
It's a good place, it's quite. They are redoing some of the building's, the older ones needs some work. Management had always been nice. I've never had to wait long on a maintenance issue. Not far from anything shopping and food wise. 10/15 min from main gate. Overall I like it here.
The only reason I am giving this place 1 star it's because I have been giving this place a lot of chance to fix their stuff. I lived here from 2013-2017 from one apartment to another but last year when I moved to one bed apartment the management run my credit report for no reason and I have been very loya to them. At end of April I give them my 30 days noticed that I will be out by 20th of May and I had my friend turn the key. I told the lady I will leave my electricity and water on because I know you guys charge $85 for cleaning and you guys take it out of the deposite. She said Yes and I give them my address to send the rest of the deposite to new address. Today when I called to ask where the rest of the money is the lady in the office said let me find out and I will call you. She called and told me that I owe them additional $10. When I asked why and how come ? She said oh well we charged for the fridge clean and stove clean and also some touch paint. I have refered over 10 of my soldier for this place and many more are looking for place. What happened to me it won't happen to my soldiers and I will make sure of that. They will lose money that's for sure because I won't let anyone looking for a place to come here in these apartments. Please be very careful with these people they will barley give you any of your deposite back in fact they won't even give it to you. I am the prime example
The apartments are neat and kept up with staff. I feel save living there. The tenants are very nice, quite and friendly.
