Good food but the wait is long to be seated and then to get food. Definitely recommend but not if in a rush.
My fiancee and I come to Chili's every now and then and we always have a good time. Seating is kind of cramped in certain areas though and would much prefer a larger table even for the two of us. Overall, we will always love Chili's food and atmosphere.
I've eaten here a dozen times since they opened. The food is good but not great. Service varies. Some staff are well trained...others should consider a career change. It's a toss of the coin as to which you'll get when you go. I do admit it's gotten better than it was when they first opened.
We had a great waitresses she was very accommodating. Super friendly and fast. We didn't have to wait we got seated immediately.
This is one of the best places we have out here in the sticks. Wish Chili's was still big into ribs. They're getting more into texmex and "fun food." Still a good spread, I can usually find something I'm in the mood for. I've heard this is the smallest floor plan Chili's builds, but it's a Chili's doggone it! They rely too much on the table tablet thing sometimes, so you might have to be vocal in getting the waitresses attention.
